INTRODUCTION
This property is located just off the main road to Ronda (10 min) from a local Historic Village, lending to possibilities for rural tourism or guest house, easily found by passing traffic. The situation of the plot is elevated with good views of the surrounding countryside. The area is dotted with Cortijos and large houses and is rapidly becoming an exclusive suburb of Ronda. Planning for new builds in the area are now more difficult so we don't envisage the area being over developed.

There are three buildings on the property, two, two story houses and a chicken coop (potential granny flat). The two houses being close together in an L shape, anyone with an ounce of inspiration could landscape and transform the areas between into very attractive patio space or walled garden (Cortijo Style).

Structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing, most of the work to be done is cosmetic.
