Looking sad and desolate in the photographs, you are looking at a Finca which has been unfortunate to have been neglected for some years now. However here lies the secret....
This is a South facing Finca populated with a good variety of mature trees, Olive, Almond, Cork Oak and Citruses. Beneath the undergrowth lie good flat areas for vegetable production. The real value here is the apparent neglect, which is only superficial. Any enthusiastic individual could easily turn this finca back into it's former glory. The house is primitively habitable, but invites a second level. Currently there is a bedroom to the back of the house which is higher then the lower Salon. The Salon could have a second floor built on and incorporating the upper bedroom. There is also an old stone stable close to the house which could be reformed.

The winter setting in the photos don't do this finca justice, and you are seeing it at it's worst. Potentially this has the makings of a really nice little homestead. Well worth adding to your shortlist... it's far better in reality.
